Now i know everyone may not agree with my opinion, and hey that’s fine, but i feel like as a woman i need to address this common issue with expensive dating. Honestly, i’m just going to go by what i feel is right when it comes to going on dates and what is pointless and what actually will get you a second date plus more.

First dates, too many women feel like if he doesn’t take me to this five star restaurant, give me flowers, etc. If this was maybe about a few more dates afterwards then yes it would be nice to have that but it’s not really that necessary, now if he wants to then go for it but you shouldnt expect it. To me, if a man is willing to pick you up and hardly knows you first of all, takes you out to dinner, amongst whatever else he feels like doing, be appreciative. I’m the type that believes simplicity means so much, even if he was to just take you to Red Robin (a gourmet burger place in case you dont know), that would mean a lot because i want to be able to spend time with the person. Five star restaurants are nice and all but not everyone is at that level of finances and what is the point of spending so much money on food?

I was raised to where i was always use to nice things, nice places to eat, etc, but as i’ve grown up to become a mature woman, i realize nice things are nice if you can afford it but even then, it’s not that necessary all the time .

If you can show a woman how much you want to get to know her, do simple things, to most of us, that’s all we ever want is the time to spend with a person we care about and who cares about us. Even if it’s just going bowling or staying at home, or even simply cooking a meal with each other or for each other, either way, it’s about spending time.

Maybe. But it’s life. Sometimes we just care too much. We understand that it doesn’t make sense, but you should be happy that we’re that passionate about something. Telling us that “it’s just a game” is like us telling you that Oprah’s just a talk show host.

4) ”Nothing’s wrong.”
Please don’t tell us nothing’s wrong. The look on your face could make the toughest guy on the planet weep like a third-grade girl and your arms are crossed so tight you might explode. We’re not mind readers; tell us what’s going on. And don’t make us guess because—believe me—you won’t like what we come up with.

5) ”I sound like my mom.”
The mere fact that you might turn into your mom someday scares the hell out of us. Don’t say it, even in jest—it’s not funny. We actually believe (and pray) that the saying “every woman ends up looking like their mother” is an old wives’ tale. If we didn’t, no one would ever get married.
